Installation & Care (Quick Tips)
Unplug the unit before any service.
Remove the ashpan. To reinstall, push the ashpan firmly into place; lift the ashpan handle and engage the camlock hook under it, then push the camlock handle down to lock. Replace the ashpan panel.
Check latch engagement after each ashpan emptying for consistent sealing and performance.

Once your order is scheduled to arrive, the freight company will contact you with pickup details.
Terminal pickup orders must be picked up within 48 hours of being contacted. After 48 hours, a $45/day storage fee may apply.

Receiving Freight Shipments
Always inspect your shipment before signing any paperwork.
If the box or pallet is damaged, note the damage clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing, or refuse the shipment if the damage is significant.
If no damage is recorded and the shipment is accepted, the freight carrier may consider it delivered in good condition. In that case, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, is missing parts, or has any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos whenever possible, as they are often required for freight claims.
