What is the EG4 WallMount Indoor 14.3 kWh battery?
A 51.2 V, 280 Ah LiFePO4 wall-mount battery with LCD, integrated self-heating, dual fire arrestors, and 600 A internal busbars. Rated for over 8,000 cycles at 80% DoD, 10-year warranty, UL 1973 and UL 9540A.
What are the charge and discharge limits?
Max continuous charge and discharge are 140 A. EG4 recommends 60–140 A in normal use. The BMS trips around 200 A, so design wiring and protection accordingly.
What is the operating temperature range?
Charge 0 to 50°C. Discharge −20 to 55°C. Storage 0 to 45°C. Indoor rating is IP20.
Does it support closed-loop communication with my inverter?
Yes. Selectable CAN or RS485 with EG4 inverters and options for Schneider, Sol-Ark, Victron, Growatt, Megarevo, Luxpower, and Deye. Protocols are set from the battery’s LCD.
How many can I parallel and do I need external busbars?
Using the built-in 600 A busbars, up to 3 batteries with one inverter, 4 with two inverters, or 5 with three inverters. Larger systems require external busbars and fusing sized at 200 A per battery. Do not series connect these batteries.

The EG4 WallMount Indoor 14.3kWh 280Ah Lithium Battery is a high-capacity, low-voltage residential energy storage solution engineered for serious whole-home backup and load shifting. Using lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells and an intelligent Battery Management System, it delivers reliable, safe power with real-time monitoring of cell voltage, pack voltage, current and temperature.
Designed specifically for indoor wall-mount applications, this unit combines a slim profile with integrated 600A busbars, multiple connection points and selectable closed-loop communications with popular inverter brands. An onboard LCD touch screen makes configuration and diagnostics simple, while dual onboard fire arrestors and an integrated self-heating feature provide additional layers of safety and cold-weather performance.
With over 8,000 cycles at 80 percent depth of discharge and a design life of more than 15 years, this 14.3kWh battery is built for long-term, high-demand residential storage systems that need both capacity and resilience.

Free Terminal Pickup on Most Large Items
Most large items we sell, including appliances, solar kits, and other freight-shipped products, include free shipping to your closest warehouse terminal.
Your order will be delivered to the nearest terminal based on your location, where you can pick it up at your convenience.
Need it delivered to your home or cabin? We can set that up for you. There is a small additional fee for residential delivery.

If you live in a remote area or outside standard freight zones, please contact us before placing your order.

Receiving Freight Shipments
For large freight deliveries, you will receive a call from the carrier or your nearest terminal when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Important: Always inspect your shipment before signing any paperwork.
If the box or pallet is damaged:
- Do not sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) as "received in good condition"
- Instead, note the damage clearly on the BOL
- Or refuse the shipment if damage is significant
If no damage is recorded and the shipment is accepted, the freight carrier will consider it delivered in perfect condition. In that case, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. This is a strict freight carrier policy and applies to all deliveries.
Damaged or Missing Items
If there’s an issue with your shipment (whether it’s damage, missing parts, or anything unusual) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include photos whenever possible, as these are often required to file a freight claim on your behalf. If the item was shipped to a terminal, it must be picked up within 48 hours or a $45/day storage fee will apply.
