Installation & Care (Quick Tips)
Unplug the unit before service.
Remove the right-side access panel; note wire routing, then move the orange heater leads from the old TS to the new TS and re-secure. Reassemble and test a cycle.
Inspect adjacent wiring and heater terminals while inside the access area; tighten loose connections as needed.

Receiving Freight Shipments
Always inspect your shipment before signing any paperwork.
If the box or pallet is damaged, note the damage clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing, or refuse the shipment if the damage is significant.
If no damage is recorded and the shipment is accepted, the freight carrier may consider it delivered in good condition. In that case, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, is missing parts, or has any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos whenever possible, as they are often required for freight claims.
