Installation & Care, Quick Tips
Unplug the unit; remove ashpan, side access panel and top.
Remove the old heater, then seat the new heater correctly in the brackets; coils must not touch each other. Re-install insulation and terminal cover, reattach the orange heater leads as specified.
Re-install the thermocouple and ensure its tip contacts the outer surface of the lower heater coil. Reassemble and run a test cycle.
For longevity, incinerate after each use and keep ash below about 2 inches.

Receiving Freight Shipments

If the box or pallet is damaged, note the damage clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing, or refuse the shipment if the damage is significant.
If no damage is recorded and the shipment is accepted, the freight carrier may consider it delivered in good condition. In that case, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
