EG4 12kPV Hybrid Inverter
The EG4 12kPV is a 48V, split-phase hybrid inverter designed for both rural and suburban homeowners seeking energy independence. It is similar to the EG4 18kPV in its ability to power loads while charging batteries and also shares the same certifications, architecture, and firmware.
However, the 12kPV is more compact, making installation simpler, and provides significant cost savings. It plays a central role in the EG4 energy storage system, incorporating MPPTs, a two-way DC-AC inverter, grid interaction, and battery connectivity. This integration of grid-tie and off-grid functionalities removes the need for additional charge controllers or transformers, offering a convenient and comprehensive energy solution.
The 12kPV supports 12kW of PV input and 8kW of continuous output, even during battery charging, positioning it as an effective option for those looking to implement a lightweight ESS. Additionally, its modular design allows for expansion, adapting to both today and tomorrow’s energy needs. EG4 48V Indoor 280Ah WallMount Battery
The WallMount Indoor 280Ah batteries are ideal for low-voltage residential indoor energy storage applications. The batteries use lithium iron phosphate cells with the highest safety performance and an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that can monitor and record the voltage of each cell along with the current, voltage, and temperature of the module in real-time. The BMS also contains a passive balance function and an advanced battery control method, both of which improve the performance of the battery pack.
ON-BOARD LCD TOUCH SCREEN Easy to see BMS monitoring, and selectable closed-loop communications with EG4, Schneider, Sol-Ark, Victron, Growatt, Megarevo, Luxpower, and Deye inverters.
DUAL ON-BOARD FIRE ARRESTORS Offer fail-safe protection against thermal runaway.

INTEGRATED BUSBARS The battery design comes manufactured with 600A internal busbars with multiple terminals (4 positive & 4 negative) eliminating the need for external busbars when paralleling batteries and/or multiple inverters.
INNOVATIVE EMERGENCY STOP FUNCTION The optional ESS disconnect can shut down all batteries and inverters (if equipped with rapid shut down capability) with the press of a button.
THE PERFECT PARTNER TO EG4 INVERTERS The optional conduit box mates up directly to the connection ports of EG4 inverters allowing a sleek and efficient installation. For other inverters or stand-alone battery installation, the conduit box plugs should be installed.

Free Terminal Pickup on Most Large Items
Most large items we sell, including appliances, solar kits, and other freight-shipped products, include free shipping to your closest warehouse terminal.
Your order will be delivered to the nearest terminal based on your location, where you can pick it up at your convenience.
Need it delivered to your home or cabin? We can set that up for you. There is a small additional fee for residential delivery.
Remote and Hard-to-Reach Locations
If you live in a remote area or outside standard freight zones, please contact us before placing your order.
Some rural locations may require additional charges or special delivery arrangements. We'll confirm everything with our freight partner before shipping.
Local Pickup Options Across Canada
We work with warehouse terminals in every province, so many of our products can be picked up locally to save on shipping costs.

Receiving Freight Shipments
For large freight deliveries, you will receive a call from the carrier or your nearest terminal when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Important: Always inspect your shipment before signing any paperwork.
If the box or pallet is damaged:
- Do not sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) as "received in good condition"
- Instead, note the damage clearly on the BOL
- Or refuse the shipment if damage is significant
If no damage is recorded and the shipment is accepted, the freight carrier will consider it delivered in perfect condition. In that case, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. This is a strict freight carrier policy and applies to all deliveries.
Damaged or Missing Items
If there’s an issue with your shipment (whether it’s damage, missing parts, or anything unusual) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include photos whenever possible, as these are often required to file a freight claim on your behalf. If the item was shipped to a terminal, it must be picked up within 48 hours or a $45/day storage fee will apply.
